Finding your Balance in Adversity

It’s been a tough summer for any of us who have experienced fire, flood or other disaster in our lives. Do you need a day out to take stock, find your balance and reset for the rest of the year? Please join us in Gisborne for a day of conversation and learning. This an opportunity to reflect on the impact this summer has had on you, and to share your experiences of what helped you through. It’s also a chance for you to pick up tips from the horses on finding more peace and balance in tough times.

This will be a small group event, and priority will be given to those who have been directly affected bushfires or other disaster. Spaces are limited, but if there is enough interest, I will schedule further events.
