March 24th & 25th 2018
This workshop is for anyone wanting to make deliberate – and perhaps overdue – changes in their life or for anyone struggling to manage unforeseen change. Perhaps you’re feeling stuck and can’t quite take the steps needed to shake things up; perhaps life has presented you with challenging circumstances or a fork in the road. Firehorse Transformation explores the process of making or allowing change, coping with uncertainty and forging new beginnings. It addresses concepts such as fear of the unknown, vulnerability, sadness and frustration. It also looks at ways we commonly sabotage our best intentions and encourages you to develop the awareness needed to understand the patterns of behaviour which can hold you back.
Designed to mirror the major phases of change, this workshop blends Eponaquest concepts, approaches and tools with academic and spiritual approaches so that knowledge and skills are absorbed on many levels.
With horses as partners and guides, learn how to:
- Be clear about what needs to change and what must end in order for you to move forward
- Identify the powerful emotions accompanying change at each stage of the process and use them as information to manage your change
- Deliberately access your intuition to provide new information, expand your awareness and unlock the potential of your change
- Set clear boundaries with others to allow yourself the time and space to make changes, access more creativity and keep yourself on track
- Create authentic goals that resonate with and inspire you
- Understand and move beyond unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours that undermine your ability to make change and create a more peaceful and purposeful life
